The manager Scott provides wonderful customer service. My first contact on the phone was friendly, helpful and professional. When I came in to the store, Scott was immediately helpful in helping me with another mac laptop charging cord. I was in need of immediate charge, so he hooked me up to a charger in the store so I could juice my laptop immediately. So impressed and grateful!!! Shannon
Scott- I am tremendously grateful. He was super patient, kind, informative and extremely knowledgeable about my specific computer. Hit the nail on the head diagnostically way more than Apple Store geniuses (no offense) and did his best to assure that I would have absolutely no issues with my computer once he handed it back to me. These folks know the real meaning of "Customer Service". No blowing smoke here. They'll give you the right answer, the right options at the right price. And not hectic like the Apple Store.
I made an appointment and was taken care of by Ira J. immediately upon arrival. I felt very confident upon leaving. The best part? It is 10 min from home. I didn't have to drive into Mayfair or deal with lots of people milling around. I will definitely use them again, if needed.
Couldn't have been more distraught when I called them after the apple store told me they couldn't help me get my data back after my hard drive failed. They stayed open past their usual hours that day to let me drop off my computer and recovered all the data I needed AND gave me an upgraded hard drive. I was expecting the repairs to cost over $500 and I walked out paying not even half that. Scott is basically a magical angel and I will forever be thankful.
Could have gouged me. Made a simple repair and saved my a$$!
These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable, work for a reasonable price and will answer your questions without looking down their noses at you. And they'll keep answering your follow-up questions when the work is done. If the Apple Store can't help you, chances are Techwise can.
