Called and ordered a part and said it would be in Ina couple of days. Did not get a call when it came in I had to call them told the girl I would be in to pick it up at a certain time and when I arrived the door was locked and the closed sign was up. I found the part on Amazon for alot cheaper and I know it will be delivered in a couple of days. They will not get my business again.
Techtronics lied and is incompetent! I bought an LG Dryer which was making a noise once it was installed. LG sent Techtronics to repair it The dryer stopped working shortly after the repair. I called Techtronics and was told they couldnt come back for another week. I stated that unacceptable as they had not properly repaired it ,and now they were asking me to go another week without a dryer.
