Jon from Techtivity took over the maintenance, and updating of my computer about 2 years ago. "Through Up and Running" he was asked to check my computer when it crashed, and found the harddrive was bad. Within a day it was replaced and all my data restored. I was a design/drafter experienced in the use of computers and believe it takes an experienced IT person to keep a system dependable. Jonathan has been servicing both computers at our home for about a year. He has also installed a new computer, transferring all pertinent programs. He has done a great job for mt wife and me.
