these guys shut down there location and left with my laptop and data there thieves and i will soon catch up with this garbage....
Extremely unprofessional. Waited a month for a diagnosis and an ordered part for my laptop. Waited another for them to sit around and tell me they have "not" received any refunds as well as returning the ordered part that did not work. Went to the store, and they were cleaned out. Asked for both my laptop and money back for the ordered part... still have yet to hear back from there. That was almost two weeks ago. Do not waste your time unless you want to be robbed in every sense of the word.
Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I love this place. I go here every time for virus removals and had 2 of my laptops screens replaced at a really low price. Glad they put in the check status system on the web so I can check in on my computers customer notes rather then calling in every other day.
