I got home on June 11 with no power to my thermostat upstairs. I called TechStar at about 630pm, and spoke to I think Mark, and explained my situation. He kinda diagnosed my problem over the phone, and he was correct. My condensation pump wasn't working properly, after getting the water removed, my system came back on, but I still wanted them to come and look/correct my issues. Very courteous and professional. Good communication from team and quick scheduling for diagnostic. They gave me realistic A/B choices with my faulty compressor with no pressure to buy a whole new system. This is how it should be! I was able to schedule my compressor repair promptly and Thomas did a fantastic job getting my A/C blowing cold air again. Thank you Thomas for help my family and I survive the coming summer heat! Excellent service! This all began in the middle of winter when I posted on a community forum with concerns of inefficiency in my heating system. The owner of this business, Marco, followed up with me and informed me about what some of my issues could be. Needless to say, I was impressed with his willingness to help me and ultimately signed up with his business months later to perform routine maintenance and checks on my HVAC system.
