Andrew and Brandon were fantastic! They arrived right on time, got straight to work, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They were professional, courteous, and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. There's a reason these guys get consistent 5 star. Professional, prompt, left everything probably better than they found them. Good, local, reasonable. We had a couple of issues because the unit was so old. Easy agreement for solutions.

I got home on June 11 with no power to my thermostat upstairs. I called TechStar at about 630pm, and spoke to I think Mark, and explained my situation. He kinda diagnosed my problem over the phone, and he was correct. My condensation pump wasn't working properly, after getting the water removed, my system came back on, but I still wanted them to come and look/correct my issues. Very courteous and professional. Good communication from team and quick scheduling for diagnostic. They gave me realistic A/B choices with my faulty compressor with no pressure to buy a whole new system. This is how it should be! I was able to schedule my compressor repair promptly and Thomas did a fantastic job getting my A/C blowing cold air again. Thank you Thomas for help my family and I survive the coming summer heat! From the first call I made down to the same day emergency visit, this company was more than excellent. Responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable, they fixed the problem immediately on a 100 degree day. I had a service contract with another company that pushed me off to the following week. Techstar gets my business 100% and forever. They are fair in pricing and I am so happy I found them. I will be signing up for a long term contract!!!
