The hygienists at Imagecare are always so kind and professional. Katie is wonderful! She’s gentle, makes great suggestions, really listens to my cares and concerns and doesn’t excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Even after I moved 15 miles away, I still come here to see the folks at Imagecare.
Everyone that works for imagecare are friendly and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment. If I forget to take my premedication they are very happy to supply me with my medication.
I was very happy with my hygienist. No waiting time at all! I would recommend image-Care to anyone that’s looking for nice friendly people that care about your teeth.
No one wants to have a tooth extracted after exhausting the possibilities of saving a tooth. The only positive was knowing that I had the most capable and caring dentist, Dr. Imperial.
I have always loved Image Care. After retiring, i did not have insurance coverage. I tried some other possible solutions, but the offices and care was really below par. After a crown came off my tooth, I had to return for the care I needed. The office was able to help with some avenues of savings, and now I am smiling! This is definitely a great place!
We started going to Imagecare many years ago when we lived in Frisco. We moved a good distance away in 2017 but because of the professionalism and exceptional care that they have ALWAYS provided we will continue to make the long drive to Plano for our dental care. Wonderful people throughout their practice.
The entire staff made me very comfortable, all questions and concerns were addressed prior to the procedure. Dr La Mastra explained the entire procedure, prepared a treatment plan that was easy to understand. Pain was managed effectively, and after care instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I highly recommend this practice.
I have been looking for solid dentist for YEARS...I have FINALLY found one!
Extremely pleased with the service at this dental office. Everyone is extremely nice and goes above and beyond to make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
