Avoid this IT company at all costs! Tech Solutions provided IT services to my organization for about 2 years and I acted as the liaison. At the time that we fired Tech Solutions, we had multiple open tickets that were never resolved. The technician would come on site and work on an issue for a couple hours, say they needed to go back to the office and do more research, charge us, and then we would never hear back. Great tech company! Tony is the owner and is very organized and well managed. Quick to respond to our IT issues. Bidkar is our assigned tech person at our office. Very pleasant to deal with and polite. Highly recommend this place!!
I took my iPhone there to have the screen fixed and now my iPhone when ever im taking to someone it will hang up in the middle of a phone call or I can’t even connect to WiFi anymore or I can’t update my phone
