I had spilled tons of water on my ASUS ROG G751jy which resulted in damage to the motherboard and to the keyboard. The laptop would turn on but have no display. I tried going through all the computer repair shops in Alexandria, but none could do the repairs to the laptop, so I looked through the internet to find myself a repair shop. I saw that Techs In cars had great reviews and went there to try to repair it. True enough, the great reviews proved correct and they were able to repair the laptop. Patrick is GREAT! He is straightforward, knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicated at my computer knowledge level, clearly told me what to expect about what needed to be performed and the costs were very reasonable. The tech came to the house as scheduled. My pc was running so slow and freezing up. Had to reboot it too much. He knew just what to do after running diagnostics. Pc runs perfect now.
When it comes to computers, I'm basically useless, so I looked at a few places here on yelp, came across these guys. Patrick shows up, tells me what issues I'm having almost instantly, explaining what it will take to correct the issue. I'm now up and running again. Definitely the guy I'll be calling if we ever go down again.
