Scam! Beware. They are simply trying to collect application fees and personal information to resell to scammers in India! They will ask for your paystubs, W2s, anything that they can use to resell in India to other scammers while also collecting application fees. Do not share your personal information with Brian (In India), James (Also Brian in India) or anyone who is apart of this spoof front enterprise.
Overcharging their tenants with late fees every now and then even if you as a tenant pay your account WELL in advance , and blame it on system issues. How many more times does this need to happen. Most unprofessional rental company. stay away. Poor feedback on their ticketing system. Only cares about the property owners not the tenants. better for property owners to bypass the middle mane especially if the middle man is causing you to lose good people who pays well and look after your place.
The application process was fairly easy and getting approved for the home was a great feeling. Very beautiful home for a great price and area! The only issue I had was getting in the home the day of move in. Just a slight miscommunication with getting the keys but other than that everything has been fantastic! Thank you !
We're currently renting through Tech Realty Rentals and have had a great experience so far. The team, including Adam, has been consistently responsive and easy to work with from the lease process through move-in. We ran into an AC issue shortly after moving in, and they got it fixed quickly with no hassle. Really appreciate the quick communication and follow-through. It makes a big difference when you're settling into a new place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the Charlotte area.
