The application process was fairly easy and getting approved for the home was a great feeling. Very beautiful home for a great price and area! The only issue I had was getting in the home the day of move in. Just a slight miscommunication with getting the keys but other than that everything has been fantastic! Thank you !
We're currently renting through Tech Realty Rentals and have had a great experience so far. The team, including Adam, has been consistently responsive and easy to work with from the lease process through move-in. We ran into an AC issue shortly after moving in, and they got it fixed quickly with no hassle. Really appreciate the quick communication and follow-through. It makes a big difference when you're settling into a new place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the Charlotte area.
If there were a negative number of stars, they would have five. Our experience with Tech Realty Rentals was disappointing. We toured a property that was shown to us without being cleaned - the carpet throughout the home was heavily stained, and there was cat feces on the floor. This wasn't disclosed upfront. We applied for 9201 Creedmore Hills Drive and were denied with no real explanation - just "the owner has decided to go in a different direction."
