Amazing place. Steven is excellent and quick to fix devices. I went in to get an IPad gen 8 fixed and it got fixed very nicely, and it works perfectly now. The store also has a wide variety of amenities for your devices.
He did an amazing job replacing my screen protector I recommend going to him if you need technical assistance.
took my phone there to get my phone repaired screen had lines through it 180$ later picked up my phone with a cheap second hand case with jesus on the back of it screen was fixed get home to use it and volume won’t stop going up then a small blur patch appears near volume buttons and on back of phone still has crack through it not realising because cover was on . i take it back to be repaired and he said another $140 the phone is only worth 200 at most . he refused and was very rude don’t go to this guy he is rip and he will... read more
Found this business purely based on google maps reviews. Kids school laptop had been set up with parents as admin to prevent any unintended games install etc. Turned out to be IT dept at school could not install any school apps as required. Parents admin password forgotten. So, was a limbo. Took the device to Techouze Point Cook center. Steve at the store did some IT tricks etc and re-set/removed the admin password without any OS install etc. So, all OK within 20mins.
