Had this pool deck installed about 3 1/2 years ago. This past winter 2 defects appeared. It looks like there was some un- mixed powder on the interior and the surface popped open. Techno bloc was quick to respond but the local rep was unreliable in appointments and communication. He visited the house ( just showed up at a time he did not confirm with me despite my attempt to confirm), told me he’d replace the two pieces, then weeks went by because he forgot.
