I could not imagine better service than Steve provided fixing my computer. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. Always took his time to make sure I understood what he was doing to my computer and why. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs their computer fixed or even a simple tune up. This was the best computer related customer service I have ever received. I left a voice message with Technoworries and Steve called me back right away. We arranged to meet at my house when I got home that evening. Steve took my machine around 7pm, reinstalled Windows and my favorite programs, and it was delivered first thing the next morning. He hooked it all back up and made sure my internet was working as well as my printer, exrternal drives, and a camera. He even made sure my favorite place comes up when I go online. The... read more
