Shipping and receiving department have no etiquette and need to work on better customer service and attitude. Terrible!!
I wanted to find out BTU load on Diebold machine. Terry said that my customer wasn't one of their customers and that she couldn't help me! She said no sales or techs were in the office she didn't offer to get my contact information to solve my inquiry. How rude!
