We extended open payment terms on an order for the US government two years ago. Unfortunately, TII did not pay for the order. We have been extremely patient but they've now become unresponsive. Agree with other reviews. Rather than purchasing anything from TII, I suggest you call the manufacturer of the product you want to buy and ask for one of their recommended distributors. Do not purchase from TII. We have notified the government agency that we were not paid even though they paid TII.
We were approached by Technology International to supply a piece of equipment to one of their customers in a state government bid. We gave them Net30 terms in hoping to support a long-term working relationship. This was a big mistake and a warning to suppliers that are approached by them. They refuse to discuss payment even after they have been paid by their customer. A very shady business - Supplier beware!
