I thought I had a broken computer. I called TCS and a very pleasant man asked what was happening with my system. I described the situation and he correctly diagnosed my problem and told me what to do to fix it! Thank you Sir. I really appreciate it.
He did a fantastic job replacing the fans on my laptop and the maintenance/cleaning he did while it was opened up makes the machine feel like it’s running better than it has in quite awhile! This all happened right before thanksgiving and I wasn’t going to be able to get there before closing due to my working hours. So instead of closing shop and making me wait for pickup until after the holidays he offered to stay open a bit longer to accommodate which was awesome of him.
