The gentleman was thorough, professional and took the time to explain the problem and several solutions. He did not make us feel hopeless in the 110 degrees heat. He had excellent prices for the work and his bid was the lowest. We have used this company for our rental as well and he services our units twice a year. Great company and very trustworthy.

Benito was very thorough in his assessment of my AC. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he resolved it. I was pleased to hear an answer that made sense, for another company told me that the issue with my AC was that newer units (mine was installed in 2020) require a particular Freon that isn’t effective when it’s hotter than 103 degrees outside. My Freon was fine, and it’s satisfying to know that I won’t have to “get new ductwork” and spend thousands for an oversight. Benito saved the day.
