Techno Air was once a good company, but now their service and actions boarders on fraud at the least. My heatpump failed in mid November 2025. They had to come to my home and work on it 4 times before finally getting it working properly again (in February 2026). During that entire time, they claimed that it was "coincidence" that each time they came and worked on it, it failed again immediately. I contacted TechnoAir regarding my nonfunctional AC unit for about 24 hours. My family and I were so hot and needed to get it fixed ASAP because I was dying of heat. The temp got up to 86 degrees when we were used to 72 degrees. TechnoAir was able to send out a technician same day within an hour of my initial call. My tech was Matt and was fantastic!
