I am very torn on how many stars to provide on this review. Let’s be perfectly clear, this is an issue with the office staff, and not the installer. Actually I would like to give Josh a huge shoutout. He was amazing. He was personable, professional and got the job done right. As I said, this is an issue with the office staff though. Wow these people are awesome, my husbands the contractor and have used them on about 8-9 jobs from mostly decks and 3 additions the installers are Awesome
What a great way to install posts for deck footings. I was going to do the traditional dig a hole, sonatube, and concrete, but I heard about these guys! At $200 a post I was excited to not have to dig and wait for inspections and drying times. They come in with the machine and literally 10 minutes a post you are done. City inspectors love these as well. All I needed was the spec sheet and the report to pass inspection.
