I am very torn on how many stars to provide on this review. Let’s be perfectly clear, this is an issue with the office staff, and not the installer. Wow these people are awesome, my husbands the contractor and have used them on about 8-9 jobs from mostly decks and 3 additions the installers are Awesome
What a great way to install posts for deck footings. I was going to do the traditional dig a hole, sonatube, and concrete, but I heard about these guys! At $200 a post I was excited to not have to dig and wait for inspections and drying times. They come in with the machine and literally 10 minutes a post you are done. City inspectors love these as well. All I needed was the spec sheet and the report to pass inspection.
