My experience with Techno LLC and American Home Shield has become an ordeal I wouldn’t wish on anyone. For weeks, my Thermador refrigerator and cooktop have sat broken, while I’ve made nearly 100 desperate calls—every time, I’m told a manager will call back with answers, but not a single call was ever returned. No reports, no updates, only silence and frustration. Kevin was super helpful and quick in fixing our fridge. He showed up within an hour of us calling him the day before New Year’s Eve. He fit everything within our schedule and did a great job explaining what had happened. I highly recommend.
