Very abrupt and disinterested customer service personnel. All negative responses providing no helpful information. One gets the sense they just not interested in taking call.
Charged me money and never fixed anything. Refused to come back to finish the job. Always "too busy with other jobs" to come back but he was all for it when he charged me over $400 for the Freon. Even used my OWN waterhose to unclog a part of the a/c instead of their OWN TOOLS. A complete waste of money.
