Took my computer in for missing screen screws and a broken hinge cover. They had it 3 months and never fixed it! It was excuse after excuse on delayed shipping, no shipping every excuse you could imagine! After 3 months I had my son demand our computer back! When we arrived to pick it up Samual handed me a box of parts! They completely took it apart including the hard drive! Absolutely horrible customer service! They promised my laptop back and didn't have it ready the day I was told...three times...the employee was rude and unprofessional!!!

Do Not go to this business! I took in an external hard drive to be worked on & was told it was the box the drive was in that had the problem. They said they would order another one. I had them plug in the hard drive itself out of it's external box to make sure all the pictures (9,000 pictures) were still there. I was told & then saw for myself that all 9,000 of my pictures were still there. 3 weeks later I get a call telling me that the hard drive has failed & they can't retrieve my pictures & that I'm going to have to take ... read more
