Great, friendly and knowledgeable service! I called Technical Assistance & Engineering Company when my heater stopped working. The heating contractor that came to fix the problem was very nice. The final bill was more than reasonable. Needless to say but I`d strongly recommend Technical Assistance & Engineering Company to friends and family!
Gentleman arrived 40 minutes late and didn't understand English well. I got a friend to translate. When I asked what was wrong with the appliance, the gentleman got nasty by saying "just give me my money" and refusing to say what is broken, in his language. Now I still have a broken appliance despite paying my hard earned money. After trying to call the company twice to resolve the issue I'll leave this review for 158 Passacic aka Technical Assistance
