Rude from start to finish
Made an appointment online and drove 2 hours to get a new windshield. When I got there the receptionist told me they didn't have my glass in stock and could I come back monday? NO... i took today off to get this done. Wasted my time and didn't even get a call from the manager to apologize or offer a future discount. When I make an appointment for service and that appointment is accepted, I expect the service to be available when I arrive.
