I first tried to visit on a Saturday during standard business hours, but they were closed without any note. I called their phone and it simply rang. I tried another location and similar result. The following Monday I called again and they told me they had a server upgrade issue, but no real apology. My insurance has free rock chip repair through this chain otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. When the work came to being done it was a little slow but reasonably done. Fast, but they charge more if u got through insurance but might well get something out the ins.
