Almost too honest to be in business We're McKenzie River Reflections, a weekly newspaper that must meet deadlines. Several times over the last 20 years we've had occasional serious problems that could have ground us to a halt. Each time TechMedic saved us - due to their dedication to customer service & broad based knowledge of Macs, printers, monitors & other hardware/software. They have never let us down or failed to carry through on a promised repair.
new customer Robin was extremely helpful when my iMac crashed, he was reasonable and very informative, and helped me select the best hard drive for my computer. This is a great shop, and the guys have tons of knowledge!
data retrieval success These guys (Larry) saved our data off dead hard drive. They were honest, fast, and (most importantly) successful!
Business Owner These guys are the best for Mac related computer repairs. Their personal attention and extensive knowledge are outstanding. Our MacBook Pro repair was complicated and they worked with Apple to get a partial warranty to reduce our costs.
