Walked in and 4 employees are just hanging around the front joking...Not a big deal because it didn't seem like many people where even in the store. When looking for my items I was asked if I needed help but the guy didn't know anything about the products aside from where they were. Which was frustrating because I was just in there for a USB hub without a powercord and simple microphone. Nothing fancy just enough to do a job. I was also kind of disappointed to see that their stock is very limited foreign electronic store.

What an awful location. Just absolutely completely useless. The manager of this store should be ashamed for such a poorly managed store. None of the online stock status matches what’s at the store. Came in for a simple iPhone case which shows in stock on website and this should be something simple and easy. Not here at this Best Buy. Absolutely every rack was just about completely empty. What’s the point of your store if you don’t actually stock anything. This place needs to be closed down.

I go to this store every week and have never had a problem. But the last time I went the blonde girl with glasses at the register was as rude as can be. Asked me a question and I said no and then tried asking me another I said no but then interrupts me saying she didn’t here me because she was talking and as I responded she interrupts and says the same thing. Looks like you just need to stop talking and listen to the customer. You’re in service, you don’t treat customers like that.
