Poor cistomer service, never called of gave updates when said. They had my phone for months i got it back with other parts broke. The phone had to be sent to another repair store who inspected the wprk and ended up giving me a new phone due to the poor workmanship. Would never reccomend, even going through samsung warranty. I have had excellent service every time I visit the store. The people there are always considerate and get the job done at a reasonable price.

My phone (15 pro max) less then 90 days old was dropped and the battery started to purge the screen and in an attempt to save the screen from breaking I’ve had it repaired by the team at tech haven as I’ve had many phones repaired before that and once done I would sell them at a loss to offset the cost of my next device, this time I’ve been left Very disappointed by the customer service support and The abilities to Complete seemingly Straightforward repair Upon receiving the device it quickly begun to alternate off and On at... read more
