Samsung watch has taken six months to do a report for warranty and it still hasn't been done i know you are all busy but look at it from a customer point of view i ended up having to just buy another watch after 4 months as I lost hope that the watch warranty would ever be completed . The lady that answered all of my calls (Roxanne) was lovely and understanding so I appreciate her. It's now over a year and still nothing.
