I’ve gone here for years, and for years they have been consistently unprofessional and subpar. I’ve been nothing but compliant with these people, and it does not take much to please me, but it’s so clear each and every one of the nurses hate their job. I try to be as friendly and helpful as possible but it’s painfully obvious they don’t like you and don’t like being here. Several times I have gone to get bloodwork, the phlebotomist wasn’t even there when she was supposed to be. Not to mention, there was only one phlebotomist... read more

This clinic should be taught as textbook example of a worst medical service management in the history of medicine. My wife's foot was hurting. I called this office because Dr. Lisa Southall-Oubre is listed as one of the providers. I was told they don't have appointment available for until next 4 months. The pain was neither like emergency (insurance won't pay you if you don't get admitted) nor like normal. They wanted my wife to live with pain for next 4 months.
