Techdogs is a home-based repair service, but it is extremely helpful and professional. Randy is knowledgeable, friendly and an all-around cool guy. He worked hard to try and fix my broken flash drive. The recovery of the drive was eventually impossible (due to the nature of the damage, NOT Randy's fault), but he was able to explain to be exactly what had happened, and the charge for the labor was inexpensive. I would definitely recommend Techdogs to anyone in the high country area.
Randy is a pleasure to work with and he takes care of his customers very well.
Money well spent!!! Randy removed a virus from our existing computer and also pointed us in the right direction for purchasing a newer more up to date computer.. This is the second time we have used Randy's services and just like the first time we couldnt be happier. Its nice to get your money's worth!!!
