The allegedly brand new hard drive they installed in my laptop lasted maybe four months.
I just came here to get my Macbook Pro keyboard fixed because I spilled coffee onto the keyboard while I was in class! Luckily he's open late and was quick to respond and help out! I was so scared for my laptop but I received it in fixed condition even though it was a pretty difficult situation. Fixed the Malware that had on my pc, nice guy and affordable :)
Tried to book an appoitment with this company over the phone, and the person who picked up the phone was incrediably rude. I was asking simple questions and he just came across super annoyed. I'm sure this is a good business but I feel like there should be a level of respect when talking to customers and that simply was not there.
Great person, amazing service…and responded to resolve my issue immediately. I would definitely return and would recommend to all looking for tech related repairs.
