Highly regret bringing my laptop here. Consider going somewhere that is not this guys unorganized messy garage. I brought my computer with one single issue of freezing randomly, I got it back with more issues: a broken trackpad, a pirated version of windows (why? Ray and I tried to handle a very finicky 2nd gen, old Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface that was giving me problems. At first the suspected problem was warped USB port prongs of which he replaced. The device didn't connect and register with the computer, but did draw power.
