I was in a panic because I spilled coffee on my laptop keyboard. I tried to dry it out but the keys didn't work. I called Tech360i and they installed a new keyboard. My laptop works perfectly now. I would highly recommend them if you need your keyboard replaced.
Bad customer service. I called ar 930am to make an appointment and they emailed me that the case was open and never followed up. Angela said someone would call in 1/2 hour. Orlando said they texted me but I didnt recieved one and assume that is sop when they ignore their customer. Adding to my review due to the reply from tech360. I've used Tech 360i a couple of times and the response and service has always been great. Repairs were done in the time promised and laptop worked better then before. No complains and I recommend them to anyone needed a computer or laptop fixed. They are great.
A friend referred me to Tech360i to fix my slow computer. They picked up the computer from my office, did the repairs, and returned it to me the next day. Great service.
