Needed to get regular interval service (spark plugs and transmission fluid drain and fill) for my 05 350z. Every shop I requested a quote from hit me with a $1,000+ bill for routine preventative maintenance. I made one call to Ken last week he gave me a much more reasonable quote ($600 less) and scheduled an appointment right then and there. I showed up 30 minutes early and he was already there.
