The worst! NO communication. Grumpy rude repair guy. Tried to threaten collections and they did not even finish the job. I feel like I am getting scammed by tech24!
We called in a pinch, the technician Francois came and I cant recommend him enough, he saved our pizza oven, so friendly and smart too.
The fridge door needed repair because is was falling off. They asked to hold a charge on a credit card(~$400-$700) and did not accept debit and I said okay because it was an emergency. They fixed the door after they replaced hinges, 3 months later the door does not close on its own. I told them and they said they need to charge a hold of $750. I told them it was the same fridge door they fixed/replaced and asked if I would get charged if it was because of their fault/installation. They said they cant tell me & it depends on ... read more
Unfortunately hired them to fix a steamer, after months of back-and-forth trips and countless holds on my card. The repairs were never completed, very unfortunate and staff that came were unprofessional and never received a call back from their "manager" to discuss the issues and charges for uncompleted work. Very unprofessional
