Clean, streamlined shop. Serge offered to immediately check out my lifeless, unresponsive phone, hoping it was the battery. Gave an upfront explanation of what he'd do and the cost. When I returned in less than thirty minutes, he apologized; the phone was truly done. He was kind; didn't even charge me the evaluation fee. If any future issues arise with devices, I wouldn't hesitate to take them to him.

My iPhone was having problems charging for weeks, came in to get the charging port cleaned out and no longer have any issues. Service was extremely fast and thorough and I will definitely be coming back for any future tech issues.

I had no idea this guy was here. My phone screen went out. He replaced it, but it still didn't work properly. He tried a couple other solutions at no additional expense to me. He kept at it until he discovered he was sent a defective screen. Got another new screen, installed it, and phone is as good as new. Very fast service. He went the extra mile to fix my phone quickly. I recommend him highly!!
