William is really top-notch. I had a custom build that stopped powering up. He was the best price in town to run some quick diagnostics, and it turns out I need to swap the motherboard. He gave me some great advice, and I highly recommend him.
Beware! William is extremely unprofessional, after accepting half of the payment for an efoil session, he was not responsive and failed to provide a location of the session; despite reaching out to him via txt and call multiple times! Not sure if will even get my money back!!!
William has been our on call guy. He works on holidays just like us!
We had an issue with our Office Computer over the weekend. While other places were unavailable to help, William made time for us and even came Directly to the office to address and resolve the problem. He was very Professional and Efficient even on the Holiday Weekend.
