Place is never open when claimed to be and workers never answer phone or provide service
Awful. Called them repeatedly and they didn’t answer. Drove a long way to get there and they were incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in helping us. We needed an iPhone battery replaced - specifically listed on their website that they do that- and after acting like we bothered him to see if he could do it- he said it would take four days to get it but we had no other options for over 100 miles. Five minutes later we find another place 10 minutes away that was happy to do it for less than this place.
This place is so amazing! You call and the phone goes straight to Voice-mail. Then you drive to their location in the mall at 430 and they're closed. Then you call the number for a phone repair and it just rings and rings. What kind of business are yall running around here? Update your info or just close down
