I bought a fancy 3D tv 4 years ago & got the extended warranty that I had to use when the picture & screen color went really dark. Tech-Tronics in Shelby N.C. was called to help & boy am I glad they did. The gentleman who runs the company was Scott who called me to make sure it was a problem that couldn't be fixed on the phone.
