This is the first place and worst place that i have lived in Ruston for almost 9 months. The management is worst. Security deposits were deducted ramdomly without any cause or damage to the property. when i tried to reach out for asking for random deductions they just deny. So be prepared to let go all security deposits before leaving the apartment. I would rate it 0 if it was possible.
Be aware when you move out from the apartment and take plenty of photos . I have cleaned thoroughly The Whole apartment but after moving out their own people get into the place and make all dirty and they send me pictures of dirty apartment and charge me for the cleaning. The ac is old and makes a lot of sound and the bedroom doesn’t cool down with only one ac that is located in the living room.
