Both the Good & the Bad: Initial Problem: The right hinge on my HP X360 Envy (2-in-1 Touchscreen) Laptop broke and the outer top cover had to be replaced. Pros: Excellent customer service. All the staff were polite and courteous. Pricing for services was fully explained prior to starting repair process. Parts were ordered quickly and repairs were swift to be completed.
