I lived in a house near the campus for almost 3 years. Rent was fair, Repairs were made timely, and managers were very understanding. There isn’t any more I’d ask more and nowhere I’d recommend over here. One time a stray cat JUMPED THROUGH MY WINDOW. I called our property manager (Christian she’s the best) and she got someone out there to fix it the next morning and didn’t charge. one of the worst rentals. after almost a two grand deposit , charged us over $400 for cleaning . Cleaning the previous tenants trash and stuff out of the garage and backyard . worse than rent lbk and 806 rent . House also had a ac unit from the 70’s and in turned paid almost 600 a month for just the ac. The people who work here couldn’t get a job with their hunan sciences degree so they chose real estate .. a joke
