I am currently a resident at Tech Terrace, which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of one. I have been disappointed since the day I moved in. There has been SO many things broken/wrong with our apartment that the rent ($605 + utilities) is not worth it. The location is great, don't get me wrong, but I would much rather spend an extra $100-$200 to live right across the street at the Edge.
