Steve Rowley (incompetent supervisor) bullies his Deaf workers. Talks smack that he CANNOT AND WILL NOT back up and then runs and hides inside his office! He has a filthy shop that allows employees to smoke while propane, acetylene and oxygen are being used to cut steel. No safety chains on cylinders, cylinders being moved without caps. Shop workers are great, just don't ever expect to paid what you're worth. You will learn a lot of skills, but never be paid for them. If you ever want to live comfortably and not get chewed up, and spit back out then this is not the place for you.
