The best Structural shop in the state
Steve Rowley (incompetent supervisor) bullies his Deaf workers. Talks smack that he CANNOT AND WILL NOT back up and then runs and hides inside his office! He has a filthy shop that allows employees to smoke while propane, acetylene and oxygen are being used to cut steel. No safety chains on cylinders, cylinders being moved without caps.
