Had to come back cause they said they needed to order the part. Came back and then they said the same thing again, had to wait again. Came back and repair took 30 minutes longer than time that we were told and they did not honor my coupon. It was the same price they quoted me over the phone. Just stay away from here and try somewhere else if time is a factor for you. The work may be okay but the customer service is far from good.
I have a cochlear implant and the charger for the batteries is unique. Unique to the point of a new one would cost $300. The charging port had been damaged. They did not have the part but called immediately letting me know they could have it fixed by the next day and they did for $45. Saved me so much time and money. So appreciative.
Great service good prices. The agent answered all of my questions. And my tablet is perfect now.
