New build house in 2021. HVAC installed by this company. Been nothing but problems. 3 different compressors. 2 in less than 12 months. Their response? "We don't build the parts." Thousands later, no resolution. No warranty on labor. They don't care. Pure incompetency. Avoid at all costs.
Had a horrible customer service rude unprofessional, and very disrespectful, would not recommend their services or work, just a very rude people.
I called because my AC was not cooling properly. A tech came out and added 3 pounds of refrigerant noting it might have a leak. It really didn't help. I called another company who first looked for a leak, which there was, and needed a new coil. The refrigerant that Tech Services added, which was almost $700, leaked out quickly. I dint think I should have to pay for added refrigerant because the tech failed to test for a leak before checking a leak. Suffice it to say, I wouldn't recommend this company.
