I called because my AC was not cooling properly. A tech came out and added 3 pounds of refrigerant noting it might have a leak. It really didn't help. I called another company who first looked for a leak, which there was, and needed a new coil. The refrigerant that Tech Services added, which was almost $700, leaked out quickly. I dint think I should have to pay for added refrigerant because the tech failed to test for a leak before checking a leak. Suffice it to say, I wouldn't recommend this company.
To be clear. There are Two companies with same name. I’m using the one, Owner is Tracy in Conway. I called for several different services here in town, but days & weeks later not one replied. These literally heroes responded ASAP today, I did not have to spend another night in heat. Tom was professional, patient and communicated, several different affordable options, I could consider. Was not Sus’ or uncomfortable at anytime. I will be a keeping there number from now on. Thank you Cheers
