The duct crew arrived exactly as scheduled for the repair, and the team did an excellent job. They treated the property with the utmost care, ensuring the floors and carpets were well-protected. Every member of the team wore shoe protection and was consistently respectful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better crew to handle this duct repair.

I had a great experience with Tech Service today! Tiffany registered my newly installed HVAC system, got a technician to my house in the afternoon, and was very friendly to me as a new customer! Nick arrived at my home and I was so impressed by his knowledge and intelligence! He asked lots of questions about what I was experiencing with the new unit, made a prediction about the issue, and when he went to investigate he was correct. I plan to sign on with this impressive company!

This company was the one we dealt with for our Goodman split service. We have had so far a couple of problems. Now the compressor has went out and after paying the 95.00 service fee. We received a non detailed estimate. Which comes out to be double of what anyone else and my research has prooved to be true. When i reached out to find out about an itemized estimate the lady I spoke with did not seam to understand what an itemized bill is. I had a great experience with Tech Service. They went above and beyond what I originally asked for. The tech who came out was super nice, professional, and easy to talk to. The ladies in the office were also great to work with and made scheduling simple and stress-free. I’ll definitely be calling them again to keep up with maintenance on my unit. Highly recommend!
