Leasing a home here has been a complete delight! From day one everyone has been extremely helpful and super friendly! There's a few properties listed on Facebook by this company. The lady who runs the "office" has no idea about any of the online listings. She mentioned they only have 1 rental available. I show her a photo of a property I had saved. She said it was only available for a semester. Meaning the lease would have been very short term. She said all the properties they own follows this policy. These properties are listed as normal rentals. Not on a semester term. I said I was looking for something more long term. Was told the property that I looked at accepted section 8 but when I got there they all of a sudden didn't😔
This place is crooked through and through. Tried to find my younger sister an affordable apartment, signed a 6 month lease, but prior to her move-in date a large portion of the ceiling collapsed during a storm and the walls has severe water damage. We pulled the plug on her moving in after a maintenance worker said the damage was very extensive, but BJ refused to give our security deposit back despite my sister never even living there.
