I would not recommend the services of Tech Pro Plus. We contacted Lowes as we have a front load washing machine under warrantee. My husband called for service on Tuesday Feb 4, 2014; an appointment was scheduled for Friday with a tech to be onsite between 8 - 12 - no show up. Called at 3:00 PM after a no show - they stated tech was running late and would be arriving in 20 - 30 minutes again a no show and called back at 5:00 PM.
