Walked in with no appointment and the owner assisted me right away. He and I worked together and had the problem fixed within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and charged me a fair rate. Thanks to Delson Computer repair for the referral.
This place is horrible. March I turned my HP laptop due to a broken pin (my laptop wouldn't hold a charge). I've waited 3 weeks for then to finally fix the pin only to tell me upon arrival that the motherboard had a shortage and I would have to wait for that part to come in. The total cost of everything $600+!!! I DIDN'T PAY THAT MUCH FOR MY LAPTOP! As of June, I haven't heard anything back from them and never receive my laptop. DO NOT GO THERE!
Honest service! Steve Withers saved me over $320 for the repair Apple was quoting me. I simply had a bad ram stick, not a faulty logic board. Get his 2nd opinion before you do anything! Couldn't recommend him more!!!
Terrible. Lost an hour out of my life due to website not up to date. Reminds me of Radio Shack not using computers to control inventory. Tech savvy??
