Ian, you're my Hero, brother!!! There aren't enough stars or good words for the folks at Tech-Nichol! Everytime I have needed assistance with my laptops & phones (for several years now), they go above and beyond to help me. I reccommend Tech-Nichol to all my friends and family!!! They are extraordinarily considerate, pay very close attention to detail, and enjoy a good gadget challenge (which I bring w me everytime I visit)! Dropped 0221 Edge. Ordered replacement. Long delivery (shipper in Indiana to Indianapolis to Dallas to Albuquerque ten -not North to me in Durango but South to Corpus Christi, Tx then San Antonio them Lubbock then Amarillo then back to Albuquerque then Towaoc,NM back to Albuquerque and finally alerting/talking to Post office, it arrives in Durango. 3/12-3/24. Packaging was accurate but somehow the Post office messed up. I don't believe it was the fault of Tech but I think the process needs review. Refund required.
