My battery on iPad no longer charged. They identified the problem, gave me a quote I was comfortable with, and had it repaired with a new battery. Two days later I had my working iPad again. Totally professional organization.

I received EXCELLENT service from Tech-Nichol. I had a laptop that had a completely dark screen. I took it in. The evaluated it, told me it was the graphics/video card had failed - as in it's not a software fix. replacement on the board was more than a new laptop. Ian did all of the testing while I was still there. I asked if they could order me a new laptop. They did and transferred everything from the old drive to the new one.
