TechMotion was very accommodating, arranging an appointment better for me a couple months later once I returned from vacation, & still honoring an offered discount on service. Kept in touch when they needed to change the day/time. The service tech arrived on time & was very sociable & professional. Performed the standard maintenance requested for my treadmill (which had hardly been used in the 3yrs. I had it!), lubing it & making any necessary adjustments. Service was good as can be expected with this pandemic. Staff was accommodating and sincere. Parts delivery was good in spite of pandemic.
