Worst customer service experience of my life. Brought in my iphone for a battery replacement, which Anuj did, only to install a THIRD PARTY screen (not an apple screen) without telling me. The screen he installed impaired the usual seamlessness of the keyboard pretty noticeably. He offered to take it back a second time to put in a better working apple screen, but when I came back in to pick it up, he said he accidentally fried the phone while repairing it. The best customer service ever. The tech guy Made my phone work within two seconds after I struggled with fixing the internet connectivity issues myself for two days, AND the tech guy didn’t even want to charge me! I Will definitely be back here again for any type of tech issues.
